Cased By Chrissi is honored to serve you with the best customer service possible! However, all sales are final and not refundable.

Once your purchase is complete, a receipt will be sent to you via email from PayPal. It is imperative that you use a valid email address because this is how you will receive updates on your order process.

Processing and shipping are 5-15 business days (Monday-Friday) EACH, not including weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Processing times during holidays and sales may vary. For the most recent processing updates, connect with Cased By Chrissi on social media!

If your package is confirmed as delivered by USPS and you have not received it, please contact your local post office. Cased By Chrissi is not responsible for packages after being released to USPS.

If it has been longer than 30 days and you have not received a package update, send an email to casedbychrissi@gmail.com. Your email will be responded to in the order it was received within 48 hours.

Did you make a mistake with your order? Please send an email to casedbychrissi@gmail.com with the problem in the emails subject. Cased By Chrissi’s team will do their best to fix your order. However, if the order is already shipped no further changes can be made.
